Verizon Live Chat. The least helpful thing in...
Teresa: Hello. Thank you for visiting our chat service. May I help you with your order today?
Teresa: How is your order coming along so far?
You: the button came and I pushed it. what is this.
Teresa: I am a Web Sales Consultant.
Teresa: Are you an existing Verizon Wireless customer?
You: i don't think so
Teresa: By ordering today, right here right now, you can take advantage of our FREE ACTIVATION on all new lines of service, our FREE OVERNIGHT shipping, and our immediate, exclusive online discounts! Would you like to add the new device of your choice to your shopping cart today?
You: what are the discounts
Teresa: FREE activation, and phones with instant rebates. And there are others depending on your needs.
You: interesting. what telephone do you recommend
Teresa: It depends on your needs.
Teresa: What key features in a cell phone are most important to you?
You: the ability to make phone calls and take pictures. i also like to make phone calls to my grandmother in austria.
Teresa: You may do all of those things on all of our phones except 5. Are there any other things that are important to you or that you would like to have?
You: that's about all a guy really needs i would guess. is there somehting else out there i don't know about
You: are you still there
You: my dumb kid tripped on the phone cord and knocked it loose
Teresa: Yes, I am here.
Teresa: I recommend the LG VX-5500 because it offers great features for a very reasonable price. It has a camera for all your picture taking needs, Image Editor, Media Center, speakerphone and is both parent and child chaperone capable. It supports VZ Navigator for turn by turn driving directions, and is Bluetooth capable for hands free calling. How does this phone sound?
You: what's a bluetooth do
You: i don't want that
You: i just want to make telephone calls and take pictures of my kids
Teresa: You do not have to buy or use a bluetooth.
Teresa: It allows you to talk without holding your phone.
You: weird
You: is it for like handicapped people
You: anyway how much does that phone cost
Teresa: No.
Teresa: It is FREE.
Teresa: [08:51:23 PM] Teresa: It is FREE.
You: free activaton, i got that. but I'm wondering how much the phone costs.
Teresa: FREE FREE FREE.
You: what about those other 5 phones you mentioned are they free too
Teresa: The "other 5 phones" are the only ones we offer without cameras.
You: oh. so i can only get this bluetooth phone? i'm confused
Teresa: You asked for a phone that takes pictures. We have only 5 phones with no cameras. So they do not apply to your needs.
You: but what are the phones that do apply to my needs? are there any other phones other than that blue tooth one you mentioned or is there only one. is what i'm saying
Teresa: All phones are bluetooth capable. That does not mean you have to use Bluetooth. This is not a "bluetooth phone".
You: ok
Teresa: What page of the site are you on?
You: http://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/store/controller?item=phoneFirst&action=viewPhoneDetail&selectedPhoneId=3886&changingCompletedOrder=
Teresa: Click on the Phones & Accessories tab.
You: ok
Teresa: Let me know when you are there.
You: ok i am there
Teresa: Look at those phones and let me know if you have any questions.
Teresa: How is it going for you?

franklieu:
“ What’s wrong with the iPhone, from a Japanese perspective? Almost everything: the high monthly data plans that go with it, its paucity of features, the low-quality camera, the unfashionable design and the fact that it’s not Japanese. “

One time, I accidentally threw my phone across the room and it hit the wall. Luckily, it survived because that would have been a tough situation to get out of. “Uh, I was on the phone and a stranger ran into the room, grabbed my phone, threw it at the wall, laughed maniacally, then skipped out of the room. What did he look like? Well, he was tall. Skinny. Dark hair. Ummm. Yeah. ...
